When we receive the fruits of our labour

Dear Eeee Ones students,

How have you been? Enjoying your holiday? Another 2 months before the start of another academic year whereby all of you will be in your Sec 2s. When it's time to play, play to your fullest. When it's time to study, study like there is no tomorrow. :) So dont miss school too much, spend time with your family and loved ones. We tend to forget that we are somebody's son, daughter, sister, brother, grand-daughter, grandson, cousins and even uncle for one in the class. *grin*. We are always thinking that we are friends to our friends, classmates to our classmates... but we tend to forget who we are to those so close and related to us ....

We had a good 2008 together where we learn and grow together. From strangers coming from different primary schools and some overseas, we came to build a little "1E1 (08)" identity and hence the birth of this blog credited especially to the students who came together to kick start it. There were quarrels, unhappiness, scoldings, misunderstandings and frustrations and tears among us. We wallowed in the hurt created by others and forget to forgive. Let us allow each other to grow a little and be more mature in our thoughts. :) Learn to be more understanding to people with special needs too. All of you are special in your own ways (I know some of you will claimed you are "normal"... but you know... you are all special in the eyes of Ms Tan). United we stand, divided we fall. Build a strong class spirit! Let us continue to learn together and create a good learning environment for all come next year regardless who your teachers may be.

Looking back, I hope you have realised how fast one year passed by and how much you have learned from all your teachers. All your teachers are here to educate you but I know some of you are having fun teasing them behind their back. :) Remember to show RESPECT!!! Ms Tan loves students who are respectful and thoughtful. Some teachers may not returned to teach you, but be ready for some who may return. :)

I have been busy with my graduating class but .... I will be checking your dossiers very soon. hmmm.. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE IF YOU HAVE YET TO SUBMIT!!!!! Thanks to those who came back specially to put it in my locker. =)
